Sunce Apartments, Stara mountain

The Sunce аpartments is situated right next to the road leading to Babin Zub, at the very end of the village of Crni Vrh, only 4 kilometres away from the piste of Konjarnik. The house takes its name after a sunlit slope on which it was built in 2011. In 2021, the house changed its owner and was completely refurbished and redecorated.



It consists of 10 modern 4-bed self-catering units of 27 square metres, two floors and a loft. Every detail has been chosen with the utmost care: from new, comfortable beds, soothing colour palette, to fine bed linen and towels, with only one objective in mind - to cater to every need of both old guests of the Balkan mountain and those who are yet to fall in love with it.

The 8 self-catering units on the first and second floor (apartments) are esthetically and functionally identical. They consist of a living area with a large rollout sofa and a kitchenette, a small, separate bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV set, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The living room also has a TV set and a four seater dining table. In addition to cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, the kitchenette includes a fridge, an induction hot plate and a kettle in case our guests wish to prepare food themselves. Every unit is provided with a hairdryer and toiletries.

Our two 4-bed self-catering units (studios) in the loft are approximately the same size and similarly furnished, the only difference being that they do not have a separate sleeping area.

Finally, on the ground floor, our guests can relax in a cozy dining room with a bar, enjoy local specialties for breakfast and dinner, or just have a drink or a chat.

The parking area and a modern ski storage facility with integrated boot dryers are in front of the house and free of charge. The fiber-optic internet boosters provide uninterrupted and comfortable usage on premises.
